Marc Girod’s Legacy
Marc Girod lived his life with remarkable honesty, courage and intention. Diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND) at 41, he faced a terminal illness that slowly took his strength but never diminished his spirit. After receiving the news, Marc chose to embrace the time he had left. He travelled the world, celebrated friendships, created art, and continued to shape a life filled with meaning, curiosity and joy.
Marc passed away at 44.
He lived by two principles: to treat others with kindness, and to focus on what can be controlled rather than what cannot. Marc’s life was full and vibrant.
